From 1981 through 1992, Donald was associated with the law firm of Methfessel and Werbel, whose practice was devoted totally to the defense of personal injury, and property damage claims. During that period, Donald tried over forty jury trials to verdict.

He conducted successful prosecutions in cases ranging from homicide to public corruption. He was Legal Adviser to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Strike Force, with primary emphasis on narcotics, arson and homicide investigations and the Special Investigations Unit, whose primary role was the investigation of public corruption in Hudson County.

Donald is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the American, New Jersey and Union County Bar Associations.
